1. I knew I was a dad when…I was concerned more about someone else than I was me. Being a dad or a parent, nothing else matters more than your child.
2. I love my kids when… they come home, run and jump in my arms and scream daddy as there running up to me.
3. I love my kids even when… they don't do as they are told or what they’re supposed to do.
4. My kids love me even when….when I'm away from the house for days at a time and I'm missing events or special moments in their life because of work.
5. Three words to describe my parenting style are… calm, reasonable, and stern
6. I know it’s time to recharge when…I start to get headaches – which sometimes turn into migraines.
7. One of my favorite moments with my kids is… when we’re just acting silly, dancing, playing around and enjoying each other’s company
8. I feel most connected to my kids when….I see them go thru similar things I went thru as a child.
9. With an extra hour in the day, I would…sleep!
10. I hope my kids will remember the moment(s) we…I hope they remember the small things we do together which creates special moments. Like helping me pick out clothes or watching me get dressed.
11. I think one of the best things about fatherhood is… just seeing yourself in your kids and having someone that loves you unconditionally.
12. The most important thing I can share with my kids is….my knowledge and experience in life of things I've done and shouldn't have done.
13. My desired legacy is...to leave my kids with a family empire that they will take over and make it work for our family for many years to come.
