This fantastic series of children’s books includes Best Buds, The Mystery and Superheroes. Easton’s artistic style, with vivid colors and simple drawings, is somewhat reminiscent of Charles Schultz’s (you will notice that Max resembles Charlie Brown). The stories are clever and engaging. Kids and parents will fall in love with characters Max and Pinky as they are transported to a land of imagination and adventure.
